Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Times

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners, including Printful and Printify. Please allow 2–7 business days for production time before your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
  • Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
  • International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@dissentsupply.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If a package is returned to sender due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the address and arrange reshipment at your expense. Printful does not hold inventory or accept returned goods without prior authorization.
