Welcome to Dissent Supply Co. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products and Fulfillment

All of our products are made to order through a third-party print-on-demand partners. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from their facilities. As a result:

Products are not pre-produced or stored in inventory.
Fulfillment and shipping timelines may vary.
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Returns and Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer error such as incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

We will, however, replace or refund products that are:

Misprinted
Defective
Damaged in transit

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@dissentsupply.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

Returned items will not be accepted without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

3. Shipping

Shipping is handled by a print on demand fulfillment service and their partnered carriers. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Please ensure your address is accurate at the time of purchase.

4. Site Usage

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful or prohibited activity. This includes but is not limited to:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Copying or distributing our content without permission
Interfering with site functionality or user experience

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product designs, images, text, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Dissent Supply Co. or its partners. Use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or its approved payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be processed or is flagged as fraudulent.

7. Third-Party Services

This website uses services provided by third parties, including but not limited to Shopify, Printful, and Printify. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or availability of third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dissent Supply Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
